Terms and Conditions of the Uniformsy.pl Store
The following Regulations define the general terms and conditions of sale applicable in the online store available at www.uniformsy.pl, operated by Jullita Fashion Med Aneta Czekierda, ul. Wincentego Witosa 16, Żurawica 37-710, NIP: 795-183-16-55, REGON: 650236831. The business activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), maintained by the Minister responsible for the economy.
§ 1. Scope of application of the regulations
- The Regulations apply to all orders placed by Consumers and Entrepreneurs via the online store uniformsy.pl.
- Pursuant to Article 22 of the Civil Code, a consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
- According to Article 43 of the Civil Code, an entrepreneur is a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, but which is granted legal capacity by law and conducts business or professional activity on its own behalf.
- Other or supplementary Regulations and General Terms and Conditions used by Entrepreneurs do not apply - they will only become part of the contract if we give our express written consent.
§ 2. Conclusion of the contract
- The sales agreement is concluded with Jullita Fashion Med Aneta Czekierda.
- The presentation of products in our online store constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract. To conclude a contract, you must add selected products to your shopping cart and place an order. You can modify the shopping cart and the data entered in the forms before placing your order using the available functionalities and messages displayed during the ordering process.
- By clicking the button on the order summary page to confirm and finalize your order, you are placing a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Upon receipt and registration of your order in our online store's IT system, a sales contract is concluded. After placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and the conclusion of the contract.
- The order validity period is 7 days. If the ordering party does not collect the order, does not pay for it, or we are unable to contact the ordering party to process the order for more than 7 days, the order will be canceled.
- LOYALTY POINTS: Only registered users receive loyalty points for ordered products. Each registered customer can redeem their accumulated points in their customer panel under the "MY LOYALTY POINTS" tab for a discount code entitling them to a discount on future purchases.
- All discount codes, promotional vouchers, and other forms of discounts offered as part of promotional campaigns organized by Jullita Fashion Med are valid for 30 days from the date they are made available, unless a different validity period is clearly indicated in the promotional material or communication accompanying the campaign. After the expiration date, the discount code or voucher cannot be redeemed. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits, and their use may be limited to specific products, order values, or purchase methods, as specified in the promotion.
§ 3. "STUDENT" Account
- The student discount is 15% and is valid on all clothing and caps, excluding outlet, accessories, shoes and gift vouchers.
- To start using your student discount, your account must be verified after you have correctly submitted your details in the form.
- After verifying your account, you will receive an email with your first login details - from then on you can use the discount.
- Student discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
- If you purchase through a "STUDENT" account, you won't be able to receive an invoice for your order. A receipt or, at the buyer's request, a personalized invoice will be issued for each order.
- Your student account is valid for one semester. If you wish to continue using your discount, you must re-verify your account by completing and submitting the form at uniformsy.pl/student.
- You can use your student discount in our online store and in our stationary stores.
§ 4. Language and rules for consolidating the contract
- The sales contract can be concluded in Polish
- We retain the contract and send you order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view information about your orders through your customer account. The Terms and Conditions are also available on our online store's website, allowing you to retrieve, reproduce, and save their content.
§ 5. Delivery of products
- In some cases, shipping costs must be added to the product prices shown.
- Ordered products are delivered via courier companies cooperating with us.
- Detailed information about possible delivery methods and times as well as shipping costs is presented during ordering and in a special information tab on our store website.
- Products offered in the store are sold via mail order. Personal collection is available by appointment only.
§ 6. Payments
- The following payment methods are available in the Uniformsy.pl online store:
- Electronic payments (e-payments) via an online payment service.
- Payment is by traditional bank transfer to our store's bank account. If you choose this payment method, we will email you the bank transfer details after placing your order. Order processing will begin once the full amount of the required payment has been credited to our account.
- Detailed information about possible payment methods, including online payment services integrated with our store and available e-payment types as well as possible additional costs, is presented during the ordering process and on our store website in a special information tab regarding payment methods.
§ 7. Right of withdrawal and exchange
- Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with the information contained in the instructions on the right of withdrawal.
- The right to withdraw from a contract also applies to individuals entering into a contract directly related to their business activities, if the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them within the meaning of Article 556(4) of the Civil Code . Other entrepreneurs do not have the right to withdraw from a contract.
- Consumers also have the right to exchange purchased clothing. As part of the exchange, the customer can return the purchased clothing and exchange it for a different size or color of the same model. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs, which must be sent to Jullita Fashion Med's registered office address, as well as for the return shipping costs for the exchanged clothing.
- Exchanging clothing for a different color or size does not extend the withdrawal period. The withdrawal period always runs from the day after the carrier delivers the first ordered item to the customer. The customer always has 14 days from the day the carrier delivers the ordered item to exchange it for a different color or size of the same model, or to return it.

- Returned clothing should be returned in the same condition as when received, meaning without signs of wear, creases, soiling, or other mechanical damage. If returned clothing is found to be in a deteriorated condition (e.g., wrinkled, soiled, or damaged), we reserve the right to reduce the refund by the cost of restoring the clothing to its original condition. The cost of restoring the clothing to its original condition may include, among other things, cleaning, ironing, repair, or replacement of damaged components. The deduction will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on the actual costs incurred by the store.
- Packaging and protection:
- clothing should be carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.
- it is recommended to use solid packaging (e.g. cardboard, bubble envelope) that will protect the contents from moisture and other damage.
§ 8. Damage caused during transport
- For Consumers : In the case of consumer distance purchases, our store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of goods during transport. If the ordered products are delivered with obvious damage incurred during transport, we kindly ask you to report such defect to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us. Delay in filing such a complaint or contacting us will not affect your statutory claims or their satisfaction, in particular your rights under the statutory warranty for defects described in the section below. However, faster reporting will assist us in pursuing our claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
- Applies to Entrepreneurs (except for individuals entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them within the meaning of Art. 556 (4) of the Civil Code): The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the product passes to you upon our release of the product to the forwarder, carrier, or other person or institution responsible for shipping. We are not liable for any loss, shortage, or damage to the product occurring from the moment it is accepted for transport until its release to you, nor for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier.
§ 9. Warranty, guarantees and liability of the seller
Applies to Consumers: We are obligated to deliver products (items) free from defects. Statutory liability for defects in sold items (so-called warranty for defects) applies to the extent specified in Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code. We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered within two years from the date the item was delivered to you. If the item is a used movable item, liability under the warranty is one year from the date of delivery.
NOTE: In the event of a complaint regarding medical clothing, the customer is obligated to wash the product before returning it. Due to the specific environments where medical clothing is used, such as hospitals and other healthcare facilities, where it is exposed to pathogens, complaints regarding unwashed clothing may be rejected due to failure to meet hygiene requirements .

We will respond to your complaint promptly, no later than 14 days from the date it is submitted. If you exercise your warranty rights, if we deem it necessary to process your complaint, you are obligated to deliver the defective item to the postal address provided above. If the nature of the item or the manner of installation would make delivery excessively difficult, you are obligated to make the item available to us at its current location.
Exclusions from the right to complain:
- Colour variations in clothing: Slight variations in the colours of clothing from those presented in the photos in the online store, resulting from differences in the settings of monitors and other display devices, will not be considered a product defect.
- Clothing sizes: Differences in clothing sizes up to 1.5 cm from the values given in the size table will not constitute grounds for complaint.
- Embroidery Approval: Embroidery is only performed after prior approval by the client. Embroidery approved by the client before production is not subject to complaint.
- Embroidery positioning: Differences in the embroidery positioning up to 1.5 cm from the designed position are not subject to complaint.
- Thread color: Complaints regarding thread color will not be accepted if the color has been previously approved by the Customer via email.
Applies to Entrepreneurs: In the case of a sales contract concluded with an Entrepreneur, pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the liability of our online store under the warranty for defects in goods is excluded.
§ 10. Services provided electronically
To use our online store, including browsing our products and placing orders, you must have a multimedia device with an installed web browser and access to the internet and email. It is recommended that you enable JavaScript and cookies in your browser settings. Users are required to use the online store in a manner consistent with the law and good practice. Providing illegal content is prohibited.
We take all necessary measures to ensure the proper operation of our website and online store interface based on current technical knowledge and are committed to resolving any irregularities and technical issues reported by users within a reasonable timeframe. This also applies to newsletter subscriptions or the optional ability to create a customer account – if these services are provided within our store. You can notify us of any detected irregularities or interruptions in the operation of our website and online store services using the contact details provided above. In complaints regarding irregularities related to the technical operation of the online store website, please indicate the type and date of the irregularity.
§ 11. Receipt of goods and storage costs
- Pursuant to Article 34 of the Consumer Rights Act, every customer who purchases from the Uniformsy.pl online store is obligated to collect the package . If the customer fails to collect the package sent by the online store, they will be responsible for paying the shipping and return shipping costs. If the consumer fails to collect the package and does not submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the seller may demand reimbursement of the shipping and return costs.
- The Customer is obliged to collect the Goods sent to the Seller for the purpose of considering a complaint, return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of notification by the Seller about the readiness of the Goods for collection.
- If the Customer fails to collect the Goods within the specified time, the Seller reserves the right to charge contractual penalties for each month of delay in collection, starting from the 15th day after the designated collection date. The contractual penalty will be set at a fixed rate of PLN 1.23 gross for each day the Goods are stored, intended to cover the costs associated with extended storage.
- The Customer will be informed of any contractual penalties and the total amount payable as a result of the delay in receiving the Goods. The Seller will provide this information electronically to the email address provided by the Customer during the purchasing process. A summary of all costs payable to the Seller will be provided when the Customer wishes to collect the Goods.
- The charging of contractual penalties does not exclude the Seller from pursuing further claims for damages if the actual costs associated with the Customer's failure to collect the Goods exceed the value of the charged contractual penalties.
- The Customer has the right to collect the Goods at any time, after paying all amounts due for contractual penalties and any other costs resulting from the delay in collection.
§ 12. Extrajudicial dispute resolution
- We hereby inform you that consumers have the right to use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information on how to access these dispute resolution procedures can be found at the following address: www.uokik.gov.pl, in the " Amicable Resolution of Consumer Disputes " tab.
- Additionally, at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr Consumers have access to an online platform for resolving consumer disputes (the so-called ODR platform). The ODR platform is a multilingual, interactive website serving consumers and businesses seeking out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from distance sales contracts or service contracts.
- The use of the above-mentioned extrajudicial methods of claim settlement and dispute resolution is voluntary and may only take place if both parties to the dispute (Consumer and Seller) consent to it.
§ 13. Final provisions
- None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are intended to violate the statutory rights of consumers. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the rights of consumers under generally applicable laws, the statutory provisions will always apply in place of the challenged provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- If you are an Entrepreneur, Polish law applies to all contracts concluded with us, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- If you are an entrepreneur, a legal person under public law or a separate public-law entity, the court with exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes All disputes arising from contractual relations between us and you will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over our registered office. The preceding sentence does not apply to natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of such contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for such persons within the meaning of Article 556 (4) of the Civil Code.
