Free delivery over PLN 450


§ 1. Introductory provisions

  1. The Organizer of the Promotion "Free delivery from PLN 450 at uniformsy.pl" is Jullita Fashion Med Aneta Czekierda, operating at: ul. W. Witosa 16, 37-710 Żurawica, NIP: 795-183-16-55, being the owner of the brand of the same name, hereinafter referred to as: Organizer or Uniformsy.
  2. The promotion aims to promote products and make purchases from the Organizer more attractive.
  3. These Regulations define the rules for participation in the Promotion and constitute a modification of the Regulations of the Online Store www.uniformsy.pl
  4. The Promotion is addressed only to natural persons residing in Poland and who are consumers within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025, as amended), excluding employees and associates of the Organizer.

§ 2. Terms and conditions of participation in the promotion

  1. The promotion starts on January 17, 2024 and lasts until further notice.
  2. All natural and legal persons can participate in the promotion.
  3. The promotion is available by placing and paying for an order worth at least PLN 450 in the Store and selecting the InPost parcel locker as the delivery method.
  4. After placing an order, the shipping preparation costs in the basket will automatically be reduced to PLN 0, and the customer will not incur any costs related to preparing the shipment of the goods he or she ordered.
  5. If a customer partially withdraws from the contract (returns some of the purchased goods), the contract for the returned goods is legally considered null and void. The contract then covers only the products that ultimately remain with the customer. Therefore, if the final contract is for an amount less than PLN 450 (the customer does not meet the Promotion's conditions), the Organizer has the right to deduct the cost of preparing the shipment from the amount refunded to the customer for the goods they withdrew from purchasing.
  6. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion rules contained in these Regulations.
  7. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
  8. The promotion is valid for all payment methods.
  9. The customer can use the promotion multiple times.
  10. The bonus received in the promotion (free shipping preparation) cannot be exchanged for a cash or kind equivalent.

§ 3. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address : shop@uniformsy.pl
  2. In order to expedite the processing of your complaint, please provide a description of the reasons justifying the complaint.
  3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Promotion Organizer.
  4. The complaints procedure adopted by the Promotion Organizer does not in any way violate the rights granted to the Promotion Participant under generally applicable law, including the possibility of pursuing claims through court proceedings.

§ 4. Personal data of promotion participants

  1. The personal data of Promotion participants will be used in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

§ 5. Final provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions of the Promotion "Free delivery from PLN 450 at uniformsy.pl" are publicly available at: https://uniformsy.pl/strona/8-darmowa-dostawa-powyzej-450-zl
  2. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations in the event of an important reason understood as:
    • a. a change in the legal provisions regulating the rules and organisation of the Promotion, affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the organiser and the participants of the Promotion;
    • b. extension or shortening of the Promotion period;
    • c. change in the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons.
  3. In the event of a change to the Regulations, the Organizer will make the consolidated text of the Regulations available by publishing it at: https://uniformsy.pl/strona/8-darmowa-dostawa-powyzej-450-zl
  4. The change in the Regulations does not affect orders placed under the Promotion before the change was made.
  5. To all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the website regulations available at https://uniformsy.pl/strona/2-regulamin-sklepu and generally applicable provisions of Polish law will apply.
  6. The Regulations come into force on January 17, 2024 and are valid until further notice.
